5 Pin Media was born out of a mission to bring back the MIDI. “Hey, let’s bring back MIDI!” a voice shouts from a dimly-lit studio, amongst the chaos of leads and vintage instruments. Red and blue neon lights illuminate and pulse in sync. This is mission control!
“Ok, I think it’s time” a second voice announces. He hits the master switch and the main console powers up with a blaze of color, and a cacophony of noise…5 Pin Media is born!
The objective of 5 Pin Media is to create interchangeable and versatile sample-based products. Using carefully crafted cutting-edge sounds mapped to general MIDI standards, 5 Pin Media now offers truly expandable MIDI files. Each pack contains audio loop versions and multiple associated MIDI clips, enabling you, the producer, to combine the sounds and patterns you desire. In addition, 5 Pin Media have ensured the MIDI files will work with most third party instruments and plug-ins.
