Author: Future Music Magazine, UK Surprisingly this isn't as stylistically narrow as the name might imply. Covering a range of sounds and disciplines including jazz, country, funk and blues, as well as grunge chord sequences and rock/metal stuff.
From a creative samplist's point of view there are plenty of weird bits and pieces, such as slides, harmonic runs and feedback soundbytes, along with the more conventional building blocks. With more than 200 samples to choose from, there should be enough to keep you going for some time, with some of the more moody clean-riffing samples standing out as inspirational stuff, particularly if you're after a Beck-style fusion sound. It's cheap in price as well.
