Each of the 24 Construction Kits consists of an intro, outro and a main mix. Furthermore all parts used to create the main mix are available for individual selection and every single element within a part is further broken down. With the flexible Elastik engine, you can easily mix and modify several of the 809 single-stems at once to create on-the-fly complete new moods.

These features give you the possibility of altering the 2.78 GB content exactly to your needs. Combine your footage with these moods, and you can create with ease a unique feeling to compel and immerse your intended audience.

Structure/Blueprint:

Each Construction Kit is grouped into two subfolders:

• Intro & Outro: Here you can find the matching intro/outro track for the Construction Kit
• Main Kit: Includes the main theme, with all of its sounds and phrases

Navigation/Workflow:

The given structure and features, such as labelled key signature and tempo information, makes it as easy as possible to find a song or groove that will match your tracking needs and goals. Additionally the Elastik Player offers you a lot of DSP functions to adjust the songs to further fit your productions and creations.

Credits:

Marc Steinmeier has worked, produced and remixed for companies including Universal Music, EMI Electrola and Sony/BMG. He is still a pioneer of music and has constantly developed unique and fresh styles, creating new standards all the time. He gave a lot of productions their break in terms of Sound design.

Soundscapes offers sweeping pads, echoing riffs and otherworldly vocals to bring some atmospheric magic to your tracks. The samples are grouped into 24 construction kits, each of which contains intro and outro parts as well as a main theme, and individual hits are provided in addition to the full loops. As usual for an Ueberschall product the samples are supplied in Elastik Player format, which requires you to install the proprietary software. It‘s definitely priced towards the higher end of the market, but Soundcapes prodivdes plenty of versatile tools for producers of a variety of genres.

The german loop factory Ueberschall offers a new Elastik library especially for scoring movies, audio-icons and advertisment. This DVD contains 24 construction kits and each kit keeps a professional produced loop with all its single lines. As loop-browser and editor Ueberschall offers the well-known Elastik Player. Thanks to the high-end timestretching- and pitchshifting-engine the plugin allows you to suite the material in pitch and tempo to your material. Maybe James Horner could have saved the 18 month production time for Avatar with this plugin???

The answer is a clear „yes and no!“. The produced moods and atmospheres can definetly be tagged as sophisticated and atmospheric - you can easily reach the mood you are looking for. Nice melodies, multi-layered pads, well-processed drumloops, many effects and even some vocal-licks guarantee that. But you shouldn‘t fail to believe that the material from one kit is enough to score an entire movie. The best way to reach your goal is to mix the Elastik-library with other software instruments that will allow you to use the given melody and create layers and variations.

Soundscapes is for the Elastik Player what "Score FX 2 " is for the Liquid-instrument. According to the Player concept the library rather emphasizes rhythm. (...)
The present library provides, just like Score FX, numerous complete pieces of music. These are shorter here, but they are also emphatically electronic and groovy as well as always full of atmosphere. Much Glitter, an eerie epic breadth and a perfect production puts you in a good mood. Also suitable for film and game music, but also for rhythmic ambient, a nice intro or multimedia music, e.g. on websites. There is nothing sinister about this library, the sounds are imaginative and synthetic, but not too aggressive. Tricky grooves can even often times make you bounce your feet, but rather in the lounge area of the club. (...)
