Charles Hart aka 'Fixa Flat' is a producer and working musician from Chicago, Illinois, USA. His production experience ranges from laying vocal tracks with some of the city's most prolific artists, such as Emcee and Reggae singer Fada Dougou, to writing and realizing highly sought after Hip Hop beats and Reggae/Dancehall riddims.
