MIDI Files Included:

Like so many other Producer Loops products, 'Instrumental Pop Vol 2' includes MIDI files for the majority of musical phrases heard in each Kit, allowing you to seamlessly mix your favourite synths and samplers with the sounds contained in the pack.

Advantages of MIDI:

While the supplied ACID/Apple Loops/REX files are extremely flexible and powerful, MIDI has the added benefit of allowing you to go to extremes of pitch and tempo beyond which the loops were originally recorded, with no time stretching or pitch shifting artefacts. Furthermore, you can make tweaks to the riffs so they fit perfectly into your existing mixes.

One-Shot Samples:

This pack also includes One-Shot samples, allowing you to create new beats, fills and loops to compliment the existing material. Simply load them up into your sampler of choice and create an infinite number of new grooves and phrases.

Dry/Wet Loops:

For users looking to simply drag and drop, the 'wet' files contain all of the effects processing heard in the audio demos. But for producers looking to create their own effects mix, 'dry' loops are also included. Don't like the wet loops? No problem; add your own effects.

Unlooped Riffs/Tails:

This sample library also comes with unlooped/tail versions allowing you to end a phrase with the decay of the reverb/delay applied to the loop, another "Producer Loops" exclusive product feature.

The quality never fades from Producer Loops...

The quality never fades from Producer Loops samples and this second volume in the Instrumental Pop collection is another cracker.

You get the usual five kits which give you a great variety of choice and are: 124 BPM in A; 128 BPM in Dm; 126 BPM in D#m; 119 BPM in Em and 128 BPM in Fm, so all you have to do is slap on some vox and you have a cracker of a track.

The sounds you get are ace too and include drums galore, chords, basslines (even a dub bass loop!), toms, percs, crashes, FX, brass, harmonics, strings, synths, pianos, sweeps, reversed sounds, timpani, arps - the works, and that list is only scratching the surface of what you get.

Another bonus that PL loves to slip in is that within each kit are another four folders containing dry files, MIDI, FX tails and one-shots. So, add your own effects, plug in your instrument and tweak stuff via the MIDI samples, build your own perc with the one-shots and finish off your track with an FX tail to add natural decay to the sound. Simples!
