Soul Intent aka Alex Judd started his journey into production in 2005, setting up Brutal Recordings with a group of Nottingham-based DJs and producers.

Solo material sent off in December 2006 received airplay from Mary Ann Hobbs and Grooverider on Radio 1, and DJ Flight on BBC 1Xtra. A career highlight came in 2010 when Pendulum included 'Rebel Music' in their Radio 1 Essential Mix. In 2013 Alex started his own imprint Lossless Music, with early releases earning a 9/10 from DJ Mag and DnB Tune of the Month from Mixmag. Alex has since DJed at respected parties including City Flow, Star Warz, Sun & Bass, Fabric, and Soul In Motion.
