Industrial Strength Samples brings you to the foreground of Frenchcore with this pack featuring slick production from Montreal's DJ Mutante. This pack of nasty loops and mighty drum shots gives Hardcore a French twist, maxing this unique style to the next level of musical insanity.
DJ Mutante broke into the Digital Hardcore scene at the turn of the Millennium and hasn't ceased his sonic innovation since. His music has touched ground across a multitude of styles, on labels including Audiogenic, Kryzalide, Le Diable Au Corps, C.S.R., Psychik Genocide, Absurd Audio, and Terrornoize Industry.
This Montreal-based artist has played for crowds at Montagood Festival, Hotter Than Hell, Hardcore Extremis, and other major underground Hardcore events, in addition to raging tours throughout Europe and Canada.
Mutante has produced tracks for Canadian Speedcore Resistance (DJ Plague) and GGMRaw (DJ Smurf), and enjoyed collaborations with DJ Pocket, experimental turntableist Martin Tetrault, and Al Congnen in their ferocious duo, Normal Bates.
ISR's 'Mutante: Frenchcore' also features vocal samples by veteran vocalist Bertrand Boivert, whose modern stylings have been showcased through numerous Experimental Hardcore and Industrial recordings and live events since the early 80's, including his notable stay as the unmistakable lead singer of Dr. Placebo from 1997 to 2003.
