Cassette 909 Drums

'Cassette 909 Drums' from ModeAudio feeds the unmistakable punch and pop of the historic 909 drum synth through a beloved cassette 4-track recorder, carefully layering the deep boom and crisp snap of those fabled circuits with subtle tape warmth and character. All 8 of the hardware unit's classic voices have been committed to tape and lovingly edited to craft a unique set of 136 slamming drum samples - from those utterly distinctive pumping kick drums and gorgeously crisp claps to thick snares, powerful toms, plucky snare rims, bright hi-hats, and splashy ride and crash cymbals.

Richly saturated variations of every drum sound are also included, pushing the 4-track's inputs deep into the red for an intensely crunchy sonic effect, alongside 8 cassette tape loops spanning tape hiss, fast forward, reverse, and tape play and stop button SFX.
